I still believe in Lanning because the team is playing hard and they are prepared to play. He’s built enough equity in the first four years to see the vision. However he clearly made a mistake in the OC hire and there’s some soul searching to be done this offseason on how this happened. Dan’s hired two great OCs previously so we know he gets it.
