🚨 Hello, you have just disabled Shopify Payments for my store for no apparent reason. We generated 130k$ in revenue over 30 days with a dispute rate of 0.58%, the vast majority of which we won.
We are partners, and I would like immediate action to be taken to resolve this issue.

Ça fait depuis 2024 que j’essaie de faire marcher l'ecom, à 16 ans, en vivant au Mali. N’importe qui peut regarder mon profil et voir à quel point ça a été compliqué et à quel point je me donne pour y arriver.
Et finalement, après avoir trouvé un très bon produit gagnant et avoir emprunté de l’argent pour financer le scale, mes versements se retrouvent bloqués.
C'est TOUJOURS la même chose.
0% de chargebacks.
Aucune plainte client à ma connaissance.
Environ 80% des commandes avaient déjà été expédiées.
Mes versements des prochains jours étaient littéralement programmés, et maintenant ils sont suspendus.
Maintenant j’ai littéralement $0 sur mon compte bancaire.
J'ai l'impression qu'ils comprennent pas à quel point leurs décision peuvent faire mal mentalement. Surtout quand t'as dépensé des milliers pour fail, et dès que tu win ça te bloque.
Je parle même pas des mentorships de $4k qui m'ont servi à rien, et des testings CHAQUE JOUR dans l'espoir de réussir.
Je vais me relever dans tous les cas, mais si quelqu’un peut m’aider d’une manière ou d’une autre, me conseiller, partager le post ou me mettre en contact avec qlq qui pourrait m'aider, je le serai vraiment reconaissant.

0% chargeback rate.
No buyer complaints that I’m aware of.
Around 80% of the orders had already been shipped.
My payouts for the next days were literally scheduled, and now they’re suspended.
Now I have $0 on my bank account, literally.
Behind every “risk decision” there’s a real person.
I’m 16, living in Africa, and I’ve been trying to make ecom work since 2024. Every time I feel like I’m finally getting somewhere, payment processing becomes the limiting factor.
At least give me a fair manual review based on the actual facts of my account.

The facts, all verifiable:
• 2,500+ orders fulfilled since July
• 0.16% chargeback rate (the risk threshold is 0.65%)
• 4.3★ "Excellent" on Trustpilot
• 1.5% refund rate — we proactively refund any unhappy customer, that's WHY disputes stay low
• Every customer email answered within 24h, orders shipped within 24h with tracking
• Zero unpaid Shopify bills, two stores, long-time paid app stack
Here's what makes this brutal: Shopify Balance was my main account. I never moved money out to the bank bcs I was in scaling phase. So this hold froze EVERYTHING I have — $37k from orders already delivered to happy customers. I have a supplier on net-20 terms, freelancers to pay, 135 paid orders awaiting fulfillment that this freeze puts at risk… and barely enough left to live.
Shopify's own risk team reviewed my account in July and REDUCED my payout delay from 5 to 3 days based on my track record. Nothing changed since — except more volume, same clean numbers.
I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for a human re-review of ticket 12490461, and at minimum a partial release of funds against delivered, undisputed orders while the review is ongoing.
