Here’s my word for 2025 - Safe. You’re safe. Be safe. It’s a good place to start from, safety.
I don’t always feel safe, especially when I feel unwell, but I’m trying to convince myself I am.
If you find that place of safety in your mind, health and peace can grow from there.

Myth: Ringo Starr was not a very good drummer.
Fact: While Ringo may not have been as flashy or technical as some other drummers of his time, he was a solid and innovative musician who contributed greatly to the Beatles' sound.
