Well, we've officially crossed past one month with our Expedition stranded at @fairoaksford1. Botched intake meant I had to call and give my info ~4 times. Their diagnosis took nearly a week after I have the vehicle moved from another shop that already diagnosed.
Yes @ford, there is always something you can do. This is a customer service issue, not a "you don't have a warranty" issue. I don't understand how companies can fail so badly. Every customer interaction, you have an opportunity to create an advocate or a lifelong enemy.
Don't buy a Ford. Don't hire @ford service. Don't hire @fairoaksford1. This is what I've learned and I'll share that advice with family, friends, my 5 children, etc. Can't wait to buy literally anything else for my next truck...
