is it just me or did LLMs get so much better at writing copy recently?
feels like it went from "pretty good" to actually understanding what makes people click
claude's doing in seconds what takes years to learn if you feed it the right prompts
how to find untapped info offers:
go to Instagram and search X keyword about your niche
Click on every paid ad you see, go to their landing page, watch their VSL, sign up for their lead magnet, pay for cheap products etc
wait 24-48 hours. Meta will think you’re a high intent buyer and start showing you ads around the type of offers you're interested in
then evenutally they'll start showing you ads aeound info offers that are not specific to your niche
other ways:
> go through clickbank
> go through udemy
Simply put: go through marketplaces , creator platforms , and ad libraries to spy what’s selling
have high agency!

How do u find these offers that are running?
Do u search by niche, go through clickbank etc..?
the best youtube content to learn about info/marketing are often the most hidden & low view count videos.
I'm going to mention some of the people to watch.
if you're broke and want to learn about something that someone has psyoped you into beliveing that the only way you can learn about the thing is to pay them $3500 for a course, you're NGMI. (Dan Koe is a beast at this)
the content that other people charge $3500 for is often hidden in those low count undiscoverable, low searchability videos.
if you have the money laying around, go ahead and pay the $3500(preferrably)
but the content you're paying for is right in your face
you just have to know how to look for it.
How do you look for it ?
By starting your own project.
Hold on. i'm cooking
if you pay the $3500, you're paying for that information, in a structured manner.
how do you structure this information for yourself with free youtube videos?
by having high agency.
everybody has high agency.
agency is simply knowing what you need to do and doing it.
the only problem is DOING IT.
simply put, the problem is you're lazy.
So, let me ask you something...
do you want to work with creators and make infoproducts for them?
now, you know that the first thing to do is outreach.
if you're not lazy, you're gonna try and do the outreach.
the problems you encounter?
> low open rates
> low response rates
> long lead response rates (FOLLOW UP!)
> low conversion to meeting rates
if you paid the $3500, you can simply ask your coach for the way forward.
if you're broke, you know your specific problem now: which you would encounter anyway if you paid the $3500. differene is Now you know what to search for on youtube vs asking your coach, who's gonna search for it on YT anyway.
And chances are? the videos on it have 200- 1000 views
solve the problem, land the creator, know the next problem.
when you're working with the creator, you will enounter problems left and right, you will figure out what to solve for.
difference is, you can search for the video on it accurately.
remember, I'm going to tell you some of these videos at the end.
problem > search for it > solve it > iterate
if you have high agency, you're going to do this anyway even if you paid the $3500.
hopefully they never delete their videos because these are the low view count people I've received the most value from in the info/marketing space:
@jpegsoldier
@maciekl_
@TheJeremyHaynes
@theciaranmarket
@notbradyy
@alexei_lapotko
@realdtthomas
@Marcmarcelinn
@realdtthomas
@tymekkarecki
@leonardo_dorio
@braedenbark
there are lots more but i cannot remember all of them rn.
the ones i mentioned are the most impactful
DM me "the rest sir" for the others that are not on twitter, that I can remember.
P.S if the guy is even MILDLY well-known, you'll probably find their course for FREE anyway on bestblackhatworld(dot)com (you can't SAFELY open this with chrome)
IMAN
CHARLIE MORGAN
DAN KOE
or anyone on this level of reach
just hopped off a sales call, on the receiving end
these calls are always so cringe when you can see through their scripts and strategies.
worst part is when they talk more than they listen.
i know you're just trying to PIF me, so don't try to finesse me with the reverse dodgy tactics pretending that this is some organic consultative conversation.
if you're pitching me a service, just get to the point.
i respect that way more.
gotta read through who you're sellling to. LISTEN MORE
not everyone is at the same level of sophistication.
not everyone is some 40 yr old boomer you can finesse their retirement funds.
here's what most people get wrong about scaling:
They think horizontal scale (taking on more clients, launching more offers, adding more revenue streams) is the fast track to success.
But in reality, it’s often just a fast track to burnout.
Why?
Because they haven’t even locked in the backend with one client, one offer, one system.
So what happens?
>They onboard fast and deliver slow.
>Clients start slipping through the cracks.
>Word-of-mouth dies before it even starts.
>Stress goes up. Quality goes down.
>Revenue flatlines
What many don't realize is that this approach creates compounding debt
Operational, technical, and relationship debt.
Each unfulfilled promise doesn't just disappoint one client.
It stretches you thin, making it harder to deliver for
everyone else.
All because they tried to do more, without doing better.
quick to add names to the roster before satisfying your main bitch
what you need is more depth
make her feel so good she recommends you to her friends
True growth comes from mastering delivery for one client completely, documenting, systematizing, and replicating that shit.
This needs patience and discipline. two things that they don't have.
quality > quantity
deep > wide
systems > sales
one pattern i've noticed in hyper succesful people:
they're pathological liars
they lie for survival
they lie as an instinct
politicians
billionaires
online gurus
without even blinking
Iman Gadzhi is running over 200 meta ad variations for one of the best webinar funnels I've ever seen.
he will make over $1,324,000 in the last week of April alone & he just became co-owner of @whop
i spent over 2 hours dissecting it
rt for access

I've been disecting it.
he's going to print
running over 300 meta ad variations too
free youtube content
$37 low ticket product that is truly valuable to the high ticket audience and gives a quick win
tier 1 sales team
$2k - $10k high ticket product
get product audience fit
run ads
print
ads & organic content fill calendars
sales teams fill bank accounts
crazy how @brezscales managed to hop into a saturated SMMA course market and dominate it just by renaming the business model and posting lifestyle content
the more steps you have in your funnel, the lesser the people go through the next step
LOGIC
Info sellers would make more $$$ if they stopped “over funnelling”
Mf’s will put all their traffic through a VSL, type form, free telegram, webinar, email list, another telegram, YT and then finally get them on a 3 call close…
And wonder why their MRR still says $0
Maybe because you asked the lead how much he has to invest 10 times?
It’s clear that most info gurus on here are trying too hard to “stand out”
You aren’t fooling anyone with your 5 step system for “max conversions”
My most successful info product consisted of 0 sales team, and 0 website
Just genius marketing, great value, and a stripe payment link
you didn't waste 10 years you spent them.maybe not how you wanted but they still shaped you. just have to move forward with intention now bc the next 5 years can be worth 20 if you go all in, cut distractions & double down on what matters. the longer you wait, the harder it gets
make sure the content challenges their beliefs and shows your results.
content can be emails, IG stories/reels or YT vids
follow up, addressing objections and highlighting student success
personalize onboarding and deliver an immediate win
