Money may buy flashy cars and a mansion, but it cannot buy class. Andover insurance businessman Joel Kirby, prominent in the local ‘patriot’ group, rather proves the point. Read more here: searchlightmagazine.com/2026… @uaf @AntiRacismDay

@andyburnham Liverpool may have The Beatles, but Coventry has 2-Tone music. A crazy SKA infused beat with the energy of punk made famous by The Specials and The Selecter. Coventry too is a music city with its own music museum. Come check us out, in our Midlands home. – at Coventry, England

Conman and fake socialist (he's employed by a far-right offshore billionaire) @AaronBastani finally invites someone in favor of ZIR - then proceeds to prove that he is a conman with his 'new media for a different politics' by adopting the view of the Guardian.

2 VIPs came to see Front yesterday: Kit Malthouse, MP for NW Hampshire, and Jamie, our local equality activist and organiser. i have a bit of a soft spot for Kit. he’s been bravely outspoken on palestine and the horror of gaza, rare for a conservative MP, he takes a LOT of flak.

Kit enjoyed the exhibition and mentioned one of my photographs is on the front page of his website. i’d caught him off guard and worried it showed him in an, erm... “negative light”. i’d never published it and almost deleted it, but crossed my fingers and sent it anyway.

he loves it because he looks curious and like he’s listening. which he does. just goes to show it’s worth trusting the sitter to recognise something of themselves in a photograph you have doubts about. thanks for bringing him through, Jamie. keep the faith. @kitmalthouse
