Collection of insane and fun facts about SQLite. Let's go!
SQLite is the most deployed and most used database. There are over one trillion (1000000000000 or a million million) SQLite databases in active use.
It is maintained by three people. They don't allow outside contributions.

We demand @ECB_cricket pressure @ICC to ban the national Afghanistan men’s cricket team from international competition - as an objection to the current regime’s treatment of women in Afghanistan. Men shouldn’t play sport - when women can’t speak to each other.

2 - Move to a “season pass” model where app users pay a one-off price for access to the app for that season. Potential problem is not enough users would pay for a season pass and it would mean the API costs need paying regardless?
Simon Thornton retweeted
So, a couple of options:
1 - Find a sponsor to cover the costs involved, and make the app available for free. Potential downside here is that a new sponsor would need to found each year?
Simon Thornton retweeted
With proceeds from the sale of the app and some advert revenue from the website this was just about covered.
This year X have doubled the price for API access to $200 per month, which makes it more tricky as it will now cost up-to £1000 to run #uksnow Map over the winter.

For no particular reason, I’ve been thinking a lot today about that old Circassian proverb that goes öküz saraya çıkınca kral olmaz; ama saray ahır olur, or “a bullock does not turn into a king when he moves into the palace; the palace turns into a barn”

Got my own shot near Haddenham. How can you not believe in magic? Or scientific magic anyway. #aurora #northernlights
If you’ve got clear skies and are away from light pollution it’s definitely worth getting out there right now and using your phone to see if you can get a snap of the #Aurora. My dear friend just caught this in North Bucks.
