Obviously m80x didn’t do as well as a lot of people thought and even probably underperformed by their standards, but sitting here and ragging on them and telling them to quit the game after their first t2 tournament for losing to JJ’s team who went on to win the whole thing and losing to MrB’s team which is filled with t1 talent who were only 1 round off of making pro league is just absurd. Especially considering they had a player that had a family emergency and had to miss at least of week of game days and practice. Always wanting to complain about the lack of talent and competition and T2 but never want to encourage new talent👍
I don’t disagree with what @suprSeth was saying about M80x.
Saw the video this morning, and I couldn’t agree more. Those guys have potential with more time, but as of then/now it’s not there (as a team) everyone was hyping up performances from a T3 league, which in reality isn’t anything to boast about. T2 comp was different and it clearly showed.
I’ve said it a lot of the desk when it comes to T2-T3 players, that everything leading up to T1 doesn’t hold any weight. Sure it’s nice it’s a boost of confidence, but if you can’t replicate that same performance and have those same results all that work and time spent really is for nothing and was just for show.
