I wonder how many people who refused the covid vaccine are taking regular Ozempic injections right now.

According to CTV, Elections Alberta has agreed with @LukaszukAB. Premier @ABDanielleSmith tried to blame Thomas but Elections Alberta has verified that the #ForeverCanadian Petition was submitted as a policy proposal #abpoli

This is the thread. This is so absolutely absurd and entirely on brand for this crew. #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli
I remember Chris Scott complaining to Berta Proud Dad on a live I watched months ago that Mitch Sylvestre/Jeff Rath had kicked him off the APP board for grifting. And Chris was only at Let's Talk Alberta events after that.

OK. Here's a summary of tonight's Alberta Prosperity Project meeting, with Mitch Sylvestre doing most of the talking. Sylvestre denies he and Jeff Rath were fired from the organization, claiming Tanya Clemens and Chris Scott lacked the authority to remove them. He accused Danielle Smith of betraying separatists and warned that alienating independence supporters could hand the next election to the NDP. He's aiming to mobilize 1,000 independence supporters for the upcoming UCP AGM in Calgary, with plans to elect four or five sympathetic provincial board members who could help trigger a leadership review. Another organizer noted three UCP constituency associations have already passed motions calling for a leadership review. She alleged UCP president Rob Smith was working behind the scenes to get constituency associations to pass letters supporting the premier. APP supporters are being encouraged to buy UCP memberships, attend constituency association meetings and seek positions on local boards. Sylvestre didn't ruled out forming a new political party if independence supporters are pushed out of the UCP. He also flatly rejected suggestions that his efforts could split the UCP and help elect the NDP. "Who split this party up? Danielle Smith split this party up. Period. End of conversation." And perhaps the most revealing statement of the evening came when Sylvestre explained why separatists should join the UCP: "If you're buying a UCP membership, you are not buying it to support the UCP. You are buying it to support our cause for independence." #abpoli #cdnpoli

Chris Scott was pushed off the board of the Alberta Prosperity Project, btw. Even the other separatists think he's a grifting thief who's only speaking at evemts because he's broke, according to Chris himself:

So who was still legally on the APP board since June? Chris Scott, or Jeff Rath and Mitch Sylvestre?

"The idea was because our filings didn't get done (and again this is public record) and one of the things was notice of new directors, that we were never directors at all." - Chris Scott back in June re what Mitch Sylvestre told him about not actually being on the APP board.

It's official. More votes were counted in Alberta's referendum than in any other vote in Canadian history, including all federal elections.

"We knew hand counting the referendum was going to be a monumental task…. Despite the efforts of more than 47,000 election workers, it just hasn’t been possible. We’ll continue to count ballots until the job is done."

The human cost of this referendum is immeasurable.
I couldn't talk about the referendum because I got hired to supervise our local poll and then count. After working 17 hours Monday what I can say is many Albertans worked extremely hard for long hours without enough resources, and the fact we got it done is incredible in itself.

Speaking of losers, remember James Bauder? The convoyer with the MOU who fled to the US seeking political asylum? Well he thinks he's a "songwriter" now, thanks to AI, And he's pretending to look 30 years younger, again thanks to AI. No word on him getting asylum yet though.

While everybody is still debating results, let's not forget the impact on all the regular Albertans out there who've doing their best to make democracy happen, fairly and without partisanship, no matter what they may personally think ans despite so many challenges.

Albert Premier Danielle Smith said Ontario is sending 19 burn unit nurses and 5 OR nurses to Alberta to help care for injured soldiers from CFB Wainwright. Some victims have burns on 30% to 80% of their bodies and changing the dressings can take up to 2 hours, she said.
