FUN FRIDAY WEEK 7!

FUN FRIDAY WEEK 7! We made our way out to SPAR Aquatic Center for some swimming this morning! This was different kind of workout than they are used to! The guys learned about WIT (Whatever It Takes), close games are decided by the hidden details within the game, and what you believe is what drives your actions! It was a Fun Friday for sure with a lot of commitment on the Belly Flops at the end! Geaux Saints!

Week 6!

FUN FRIDAY WEEK 6! Big shoutout to Josh Quayhagan at Performance Evolution for having our guys over this morning to compete in the Dojo! And the power of team relies on the strength of your bond! These dudes continue to show up and bring the Juice!

FUN FRIDAY WEEK 5!

FUN FRIDAY WEEK 5! We may not be good basketball players but we learned something about ourselves as competitors! Clear commands in leadership are imperative! Striking early forces the other team to play by your standards! And no one ever regretted their best effort! Love this group of guys!

FUN FRIDAY WEEK 4! This week did not disappoint! The guys competed this morning and learned what it means to pursue excellence! Focus on the process, not the outcome! In a Flying V, the geese take turns leading! And most importantly, you can’t have a tribe full of chiefs, you have to have some Indians! Proud of these guys! Geaux Saints!

⚾️🔥 SPAR CUP — FUN FRIDAY: WEEK 2! 🔥⚾️ It’s that time of the year again… SPAR CUP is underway! 💙🧡 Our guys brought the JUICE last Friday morning! 💪 ⚡ Great EFFORT! ⚡ Great ENERGY! ⚡ Great LEADERSHIP! ⚡ And plenty of TOUGHNESS!

The guys found out that Winners and Losers are determined in the details, and good is the enemy of great! Communication is key, understand your team’s strengths and weaknesses and adjust accordingly! There’s not much better than starting your Friday off by making each other better through competition! Video loading….

FUN FRIDAY WEEK 2! These boys showed up and showed out! They brought the JUICE to say the least! They were challenged physically, mentally, and creatively this morning and learned the importance of team dynamics, communication and resiliency! Excited to see what this group achieves!
