This was from the same hike over the dunes. I got Ryder to sit in the middle of a sun dog so he looks like he has a big halo.

Yesterday, when I was talking to a park ranger and watching bighorns, hoping they would engage in their annual rutting behavior clashing horns, they decided to lie down in the grass. Suddenly, a thin layer of fog rolled through and the mountain began to disappear.
