HSBC has finally resolved both my pending issues after escalation! ✅ 1️⃣ June debit card cashback, which was pending for long, has finally been credited. 2️⃣ Missing accelerated points have also been credited. The cashback certainly took its time, but considering the amount involved, it was worth the wait and the follow ups. 😂 I've also replied to followers who reached out via DM with the right steps and escalation channels. One thing I've learned: Never stop chasing banks for what you're rightfully owed. Keep following up, escalate through the right channels👍

I've had this card sitting in the drawer for quite some time. Even tried closing it at the last renewal, but AU reversed the annual fee, so I continued. Need to check how existing cardholders can avail the upgraded Taj benefits. But if you're looking at the first year benefits, this card now offers decent value for a 5.9k fee.

The email directs customers to the Easy Access Savings Account charges chart, which mentions a maximum penalty of ₹600. However, when you select the Burgundy Savings Account from the dropdown, the charges listed are NIL. So which one actually applies to Burgundy customers? Typical 🪓s
