All the responses are just durrrr how do you know the next guy will be better? Guys, whoever the next HC is won’t have a resume like Andy’s. That doesn’t mean they shouldn’t move on. Pats and Seahawks were correct to move on from Belichick and Carroll.

George Pickens to the Chiefs feels like a no-brainer. Dallas is 3-5, 13th in the NFC and unlikely to extend him. Kansas City badly needs another weapon. Trade for Pickens, extend him and let Rice walk after the season.
