Great to see completion of the #iceboxchallengeGlasgow yesterday. Ice in the Building regs box had melted some time ago. Passivhaus box retained 121kg of ice despite unseasonal Glasgow weather. Lots of local interest. Passivhaus works in Scotland. #passivhaus – at Glasgow, Scotland

Laws of thermodynamics at work... :-). For the same reason coffee in a thermos stays hot. Science for the people: This is, how a globalization oriented on the human needs can look like: We don't need "energy"; we need comfort.

Make space in your garden this spring for just one square metre of pollinator-friendly plants and provide the nectar butterflies and moths need to survive. #PlantPowerDay Foodplants for caterpillars are important too, find a list on our website: butrfli.es/Gardening

It's good to recycle waste - it's better to produce less in the first place! Same principle applies to energy use. #Renewables are good - but use less by prioritising #energyefficiency (why choose #Passivhaus)
