Today I lost my job. A well paid job. I have two children and I’ve screwed things up. Why? My relationship with alcohol. So today is the first day of hopefully the rest of my life #sober #soberlife #recovery #cleanandsober

Gym session complete, great to keep my mind off things. Devil on my shoulder is still babbling away in my ear so keep telling him to fuck off. The job hunting continues and Day 3 is in full swing #RecoveryPosse

Overwhelmed with peoples support. Day 2 commencing. My relationship with alcohol has differed over the years. Sometimes daily, sometimes weekly. In between the longer times I’m physically and mentally counting down the days, getting excited then binge until I black out.
