When our friends at @joinsauna needed a solution that could give every app generated by their agents its own database, and would scale to millions of databases, they came to @tursodatabase.
What could you do if you had a system with that level of scaling? Every conversation, every interaction, always logged.
And the cherry on top ? With Turso's sync technology, the database is just a SQLite file, and can be replicated wherever the users are.
Fast, nimble, and always available context that scales as your fleet grows.

Why would a Postgres company buy a SQLite company?
Come ask why.
Turso's founder @glcst is answering questions today on r/Supabase
📌 Founder of @tursodatabase, @glcst is doing an AMA on r/supabase this Thursday, Oct. 22.
Ask him anything. He'll probably answer 👀

We will open new positions soon for the Turso team. If you have experience writing databases and want to help us shape the future of a world with billions of databases - let me know!!!!!
Regarding the recent Deno acquisition: Edge Functions are built on the Deno runtime today, but importantly, we operate our own infrastructure and don't depend on Deno's hosted services. While Deno is winding down active development over the next year, the Deno team has committed to contributing bug and security fixes until then. And we'll continue our work with the Deno team to incorporate critical improvements to the Edge Function runtime during this transition.
Our next-generation offering, Compute, is already in an advanced stage of development and will support Deno as well as other runtimes like Node.js and Bun. We'll provide a seamless migration path from Edge Functions to Compute. Our goal is to make Compute available for new workloads and existing Edge Functions well before Deno's support window closes.
Existing Edge Functions will continue to be supported, and there's no need to migrate today, and no need to stop writing them. Longer term, Compute will give you more flexibility in choosing your runtime, and we expect it to become the recommended path for new workloads.
We don't have a public timeline to share yet, but we'll provide updates as soon as we do.

I am delighted to announce that we have signed a deal with the nicest person I have met in my life, @kiwicopple , to join one of the fastest growing rocket ships I have seen in my infra career, @supabase.
Turso and Supabase fit perfectly together. Our cultures are similar, our obsession for developers is similar, and we're both committed to building the future of agentic databases together.
It is a happy day!

I'm prone to tech addiction and considered getting a dumb phone but instead use a free app called Foqos. Before I go to work I tap my phone on an NFC tag that turns off all social media/group chats on my phone. It has a built in but limited breaktime and emergency function, in case you need something you blocked.
I know the world is ending but I'm in @nytimes today explaining how switching to a dumbphone ruined my husband’s life.

Im using my IKEA plush to stop my social media addiction.
I'm using NFC stickers + Foqos app instead of the 60€ Brick thingy because 1. I don't want to spend 60€, 2. I need a physical limit to stop scrolling and 3. I think my monkey looks better with its new necklace :p

My latest discovery. Foqos, a free app giving you back control over your screen time, by blocking specific apps and websites on your phone.
You can use an NFC tag, a QR code or simply a timer to control access to any app of your choice.
Incredibly well designed.
