None of the grants have ever worked out because you can’t buy PMF. The grant reciever wants deliverables that are concrete but unrelated to PMF, because PMF is f’ing hard. So converting the deliverables into users is on the grant writer, and it’s just impossible, because PMF is f’ing hard. Basically everyone under the sun will write a grant $5/retained monthly active user. No one can deliver on it though because if you can really retain users at a $5 cac in crypto, you don’t need a grant. Go launch your own thing.
