To all @Seahawks fans and @12s, we have no plans to move the team, have never discussed it, haven’t even thought about it. End of story. I've said repeatedly we have no plans to change anything. Feel sad for the reporters looking for views and clicks who distort my answer out of context and sent an entire city into a spiral for no reason.

Reporters will make every molehill into a mountain just to get column inches to write or video minutes. What’s wrong with admitting my 1976-78 period in Pittsburgh (CMU) got me excited about the NFL? I still watch their games doesn’t mean I won't unconditionally ALWAYS as owner, want the @Seahawks to win and have every edge up, EVERY TIME over every other team!!!! Zero questions!!! At the other end is a set of teams I always want to lose every advantage. But happy to have the sports writer getting more column inches and fill their pages. You are welcome. Estate of Paul G. Allen Reaches Agreement to Sell Seattle Seahawks
ALT Seattle – July 11, 2026 – The Estate of Paul G. Allen today announced it has entered into a formal sale agreement with an ownership group led by the Khosla family, including Vinod Khosla, for the Seattle Seahawks NFL franchise. The Khosla family will become the team’s controlling owner. "We are honored to be entrusted as the next stewards of the Seattle Seahawks. We look forward to building on the winning legacy Paul Allen created and to earning the trust of the Seahawks organization and fans everywhere," said Vinod Khosla, on behalf of the Khosla family. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction remains subject to NFL approval in the months ahead.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver reiterated before Game 1 on the NBA Finals that the league continues to move forward on expansion process and there are "multiple groups" in both Las Vegas and Seattle, with a decision to be made before the end of the calendar year.
