At our October Conference we provided free period products, including Tampax and Always products. This was thanks to @MeaghersPharmcy.
We also included a useful infographic from Know Your Flow which includes information about what makes a heavy period. @sortoutbleeding

As a hematologist who cares for "carriers" I often don't get involved until they are pregnant... when they've often spent years with abnormal bleeding that could have been addressed. Getting a diagnosis and looping folks into care early should be a priority!

Yes!!! I have this discussion literally every single day of clinical work... with patients, pharmacists and other doctors. We need to end false and harmful rhetoric about TXA and VTE... it just isn't true!
I feel like I need to make wallpaper of this slide and just paste it up around hospitals.... TXA does not increase VTE risk #ISTH2022 katherine dormandy plenary
