Not defending cf. I’ve been saying this all day : it became a joke when the reaction wasn’t what he expected. It was a dig.
I don’t eat there. I’ve been to one a few times after Christmas shopping. I’m not their target customer. Neither are you probably.
Someone who doesn’t like being the ass end of a joke might. I don’t think the joke landed. If he just said ‘a restaurant’ instead of ‘cf’ there would be no baked in dig. The ‘joke’ wouldn’t make much sense. The assertion he is making is that cf is tacky. #believealljokes
I understand it just fine. Do you need me to explain why it doesn’t work like you’re a five year old?
When you consider how calculated he is, this is an unforced error. This isn’t any different than when the bud light marketing manager referred to the customers as fratty and problematic.
It’s elitist bubble-speak.
Brunson doesn't bother me as much. mostly because he plays a pretty physical game and his team is tough.
Fair point. There were A LOT of posts here yesterday with 3 different Oklahoma players flopping, falling, -> feather in the wind stuff. It’s awful to watch.
Fortunately, Trey probably nerds out with the celeb clout chasers and they leave when he asks if they want to see his gamehendge action figure collection
I keep thinking that but then I don’t see any of them there. There were 65,000 ‘people’ in front of me in the queue today.
You’re right. It shouldn’t bother you. She’s probably thinking about next year already and she’s a sought after athlete who has obligations to a lot of groups. Her being on that show keeps eyes on wnba
Went to a memorial service in ocean city and took a detour to ac after with 3 friends I’ve been going to shows with since 91 . Giddy up.
