As a recent US citizen who lives in California, I can tell you that it’s a big lie. I was asked to present two forms of ID. I presented my California Driver’s license and I presented my Passport Card as proof of citizenship. I uploaded it to the portal where it was validated and was asked to show it to them physically at an office. Stop lying. Stop lying. Stop lying
