Cheers to the silent battles I won, the nights I survived without telling anyone how much I was hurting, and the moments I had to put myself back together alone. I prefer to distance myself whenever Iβm in a bad mood because I donβt want to take my frustration out on people who donβt deserve it. Sometimes I need silence, space, and time to understand what Iβm feeling before I can talk about it. Itβs not personal, and it doesnβt mean I donβt care.
