Today marks 1 year of my sobriety. Folks may or may not know that I got sober at this time last year after coming to the realization that I didn’t have the self control to continue drinking in a healthy and safe way. I didn’t feel like an alcoholic but I also couldn’t moderate

Remember you don’t have to be a full blown alcoholic with the morning shakes to get sober. Anyone can get sober for any reason. I was making poor decisions when I drank and was unable to follow the limits I set for myself and I felt the only way forward for me was full sobriety
