A loss hurts about twice as much as the same gain feels good, so the more often you check your account, the worse investing feels, even when the result ends up the same. On a week like this one, checking every hour adds pain and gives you nothing you can act on.
This is called "Myopic loss aversion"
A few months down the lane, you would consider the current dips in November 2026 was a great buying opportunity just like how we consider April'25 was a generational opportunity. Identify blue chips or good fundamental companies that are at reasonable support levels and scale in slowly, not all at once.

I want all of us to take a min and understand about how the algo execution works.
Think of how a fund sells a position worth billions. It cannot do it in one day without crushing its own price, so an algo breaks the order into small pieces over days or weeks.
That is why heavy selling rarely ends on the day it starts. When leaders keep slipping quietly after a day like Thursday, it is often the rest of that order still working, and it is why I wait for a base before buying.
Some leaders that are falling and fell: $DELL $NVDA $TSM $ASML $MU $SNDK $META $AVGO $CAT
Patience is the most important variable here, Don't go all in yet. We're far from oversold conditions.

Brother, do you expect further downside based on downtrend in AI/ data center theme now?
Have you heard of the break-even effect?
Thaler and Johnson found that after a loss, people start taking bets they would normally refuse, as long as the bet gives them a chance to get back to even.
If this week hurt, that is the urge to watch for on Monday. The trade that would get you back to even fast is usually one you would never take with a clear head.
If you're a white papers reader like me, go over this one. Worth your time.

Technicals are still very weak, has room to go down for major indices. Until I see a clean follow through there is nothing to be excited or celebrated with today's non existent move up.
The hope at moment is $RSP holding 50ma. If that's lost, we have a lot to give back.
$DKNG I thought their logo is the worst thing about them, turned out to be them entering into prediction markets is much worse. Good luck fighting approvals and burning cash.
For years my comeback song was Katy Perry's Firework. I have officially replaced it with the $APP's earnings call.

$COHR had very impressive earnings. But the current market conditions doesn't give us a guarantee of these gap ups will hold. $AMD and $COHR are two examples from this week itself. Market hates uncertainty and we have one.

how about $COHR bro? good earnings yesterday, healthy balance sheet but still got beaten down
I want to see an angry, seething, smoldering, fuming, boiling, last but not least raging bounce in $AMD from 200ma.
If there is one stock who can make that kind move its this. We just don't know when it will be.
$NVDA 178 is a great opportunity. Last time we got 50% bounce. This is only a second test of that level.
Thanks to all who joined the call, hope I addressed all your questions. Any questions on technicals, or what to expect, I am just a reply away.
