A BloxPulse investigation examined a Roblox user kpc's claim that they were non-threatening while seeking to appeal a ban.
The user reportedly acknowledged using offensive language, including a racial slur, in Roblox's uncensored chat.

Still struggling with this ban after 73 days of my account Arenlen from 2018.
Support is absolutely vile, saying they're there to help then copy pasting their favourite paragraph.

The Great Roblox Outage happened 5 years ago.
The outage lasted from October 28th to October 31st (2021), totaling more than 3 entire days. Before the outage begun, users were encountering issues on the platform before servers crashed. Afterwards, the remaining servers and website either crashed or became dysfunctional. Hours later, Roblox displayed the infamous image stating "We're making things more awesome. Be back soon." -- they were not going to be back soon.
Roblox posted nearly 70 hours after the issue begun that regions were gradually being brought back online, and after nearly 73 hours, Roblox posted that Roblox is finally back online. The outage marked the last time Roblox had 0 players, with the previous instance of 0 CCU happening in 2016.
While users have speculated that the in-game Chipotle promotion for free burritos running at the time had led to the servers being overloaded and shutting down, Roblox dismissed that rumor. The official cause of the outage was linked to alterations in Roblox's infrastructure, specifically with a streaming feature in the Consul Cluster & BoltDB freelist page manangement.
🚨 DAY 70 BANNED 🚨
How can I tell Roblox that I was just talking with my friend in the same age as me and that this doesn't violate child safety. I have proof and everything to prove it I just wanna play roblox again.. 😭

How many appeals do people have to spam before someone actually reviews their case?
How many days do they have to spend posting publicly just to get an admins attention?
And how many people are supposed to sit in complete silence and gamble on whether they’ll randomly wake up unbanned?
This should not be the appeals process, at all.

🚨Attention 🚨Roblox Community
‼️⚠️The AI bans situation is absolutely terrible. People are getting AI bans for absolutely nothing now, and it seems like anyone can lose their account forever, thanks to Ai. Better Business also rated their Roblox support at an "F" rating⚠️‼️
🚨 ROBLOX's AI has gotten so out of hand it's starting to ban their own event games. when will they face justice? #ROBLOX #robloxbanwave #EnforcementBan
🚨 Day 69 their AI falsely banned me for satire jokes i said to my friend in the same age in a private server. technically this doesn't count as Child Safety. and 9 years of memory down the drain. #ROBLOX #robloxbanwave #enforcementban

Day 68 still banned without ANY help from supports, the same AI responses without ever reviewing my 68 days appeal. I've missed out on alot of events of my favorite games. Roblox AI has ruined 9-10 years worth of memories, data and limiteds. #ROBLOX #enforcementban #robloxbanwave

Seems like roblox blacklisted my account Azazel2z from making appeals. (enforcement banned)
for the past few days and hours I tried to make appeals and I waited and waited maybe thinking they would just review the appeals.
But they wont even get submitted anymore for me and im just being completely ignored now :/
I don't understand how you guys give me 30 days to appeal, saying u wont help me anymore after so- And then also disable my ability to even appeal within that time?
And my tickets won't be responded to either.
Roblox this is just seriously unfair I've seriously done nothing wrong!?-

so i got my adroit dispute against roblox thrown out, turns out a real human at @Roblox sat down and verified that my account is falsely enforcement banned, then used that as a loophole to throw out the case, since i myself didnt break any rules it doesnt fall under adroit scope.
