This kinda proves Modi and Shah has appointed senseless people in prominent positions just to get what they want. This is what happened to the courts as well. Everything for the sake of power.

📺 “We reported events one-sidedly for years”: Serbian TV apologizes to viewers after Vučić's party loses the election
Radio Television of Vojvodina (RTV) opened its news broadcast with footage of celebrations following the Student List's election victory — scenes it had failed to show the previous evening.
“For years, we failed to fulfill our duty. We kept silent, turned a blind eye, reported events one-sidedly, and failed to ask the necessary questions. For that, we owe our viewers an apology,” news anchor Goran Eror said.
Following the controversy, RTV's acting editor-in-chief Nenad Čačić resigned.
A similar incident occurred in Hungary, where state television also apologized to viewers after Viktor Orbán's election defeat.

#WATCH | Jerusalem, Israel: A voter says, "I think that we have to save our country from dictatorship, which is going to happen if Netanyahu wins his seat again. Unfortunately, he divided our country and our people into two groups: real Jews and not real Jews. I think it is not the right thing to do, and I am here to vote against him and for values that I believe in. Well, according to international relations, we definitely have to change our actions. I believe that it is specifically Netanyahu's failure because he acts too radically, and most Israeli people actually do not support that."

The court says truthful reporting and constructive criticism backed by evidence are permitted. Yet it orders restrictions before the respondents can even be heard, citing potential reputational harm.
Since when did protecting reputation take precedence over freedom of speech and due process?
“Constructive criticism or truthful reporting on the petitioner or on Government policy, backed by evidence, is not barred. Online content spreads quickly through reposts and re-uploads, and the injury to reputation from continued republication cannot be adequately compensated in money. If the order is not passed now, its purpose will be defeated by further dissemination before the respondents can be heard,” the court said.

This is proof that Modi Govt is giving bulk suspension orders to Instagram.
They are not even bothering to check individual posts, just blindly blocking posts left and right in mass.

Very strange:-
Had the Government and Adani ignored the video of @sabeer , and waved it off as "Usual Leftist propaganda" - by now everyone would have lost interest or curiousity
Instead by forcing everyone to delete the video and going to High Court for a 50 Crore defamation case - EVERYONE IS DEEPLY INTERESTED IN WHAT THE VIDEO CONTAINS AND VERY CURIOUS ABOUT THE REACTION

Such a shame that official and factual legal reporting is also prohibited in Modi era. This is disgusting.
