"Love is totally nonsensical. But we have to keep doing it or else we’re lost and love is dead, and humanity should just pack it in. Because love is the best thing we do"
Do not Undermine Democracy
I have received with shock the news of an order by the Federal High Court in Abuja nullifying the emergence of the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and all the actions he has taken. This is unsettling and surprising.
I do not challenge the ruling of the court. The court of law is constituted to determine disputes according to the law. My concern is that three months before a general election, it is in the public interest to have certainty. It is not good to have too many uncertainties about candidates and parties a few weeks before a presidential election. This instability is obviously engineered by the ruling party, just as they have done against me in the Labour Party and continue to do so to close down civic space for a robust campaign. It is also from the same rulebook that manufactures violence against us in our campaigns.
One mark of democracy is that at all times, it is voters and not courts that choose leaders. I trust in the judiciary. As a public officer, I have shown deep respect for the judiciary. I appeal that we protect the integrity of democracy by not undermining the free and fair choice of candidates.
The sustenance of democracy in Nigeria, in the midst of encroaching military rule in West Africa, should strengthen our resolve to protect opposition politics and not stamp out opposition parties. It is because of the importance of opposition to the sustenance of democracy that I have always promised that, as President, I will take a special interest in ensuring opposition parties are stable and thriving, and that opposition candidates are not persecuted out of electoral contests.
This is a time to strengthen our democracy by allowing the opposition to thrive.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
I really want to implore you, if you are yet to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, please do so. Jesus loves you so much, and He died for you. It is only by his mercies that we are saved. Give your life to Christ my friends, just come to Him as you are. He loves you❤️

INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION
PRESS STATEMENT
UPDATE ON THE DISPLAY AND PUBLICATION OF THE PRELIMINARY REGISTER OF VOTERS FOR THE 2027 GENERAL ELECTION
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) wishes to provide an update on the display of the Preliminary Register of Voters ahead of the 2027 General Election.
2. In accordance with Section 19 of the Electoral Act, 2026, the Commission conducted the physical display of the Register at Registration Areas nationwide from 9th to 15th October, 2026, providing registered voters the opportunity to inspect their particulars and submit claims and objections as prescribed by law.
3. The Commission has taken note of the concerns expressed by Nigerians and other stakeholders regarding the desirability of making the Register accessible through its online platform in addition to the physical display already conducted.
4. Accordingly, and in furtherance of its commitment to transparency, accessibility and public confidence in the electoral process, the Commission has decided to make available on its online platform display.inecnigeria.org the same Preliminary Register of Voters earlier displayed at the Registration Areas.
5. This additional measure complements the physical display already undertaken and is intended to facilitate wider public access to the Register. Meanwhile, the Commission continues to process claims and objections arising from the exercise in accordance with the Electoral Act, 2026, preparatory to the certification and publication of the Final Register of Voters on 15th December 2026.
6. The Commission appreciates the continued interest and constructive engagement of Nigerians and stakeholders and reiterates its commitment to transparency, accountability and the faithful implementation of the Electoral Act, 2026 in delivering credible elections.

They do this so brazenly without care of what we might think.
This is a reflection of our society today.

SteveWillDoIt BREAKS DOWN IN TEARS telling Bryce Crawford he’s 100% CONVINCED he’s going to HEAVEN because of how much MONEY he gives away and how SELFLESS he is, only for Bryce to explain that no amount of MONEY can BUY your way into heaven 😲👀
I find it funny when people try to limit God to their own understanding. Lol.
As much as I find many things in Christianity beautiful, the concept of the Trinity is one thing I struggle to reconcile.
If God is truly triune, did Abraham teach the Trinity? Did Moses teach the Trinity? Did any prophet before Jesus tell people to worship God as three persons in one God?
If they didn't, were they worshipping the wrong God?
And if they were worshipping the same God Christians worship today, why was the Trinity not clearly taught to them?
Did God change the way He wanted humanity to understand Him, or are we being asked to accept a concept that the earlier prophets never explicitly taught?

I am a little bit freaked out right now to discover how many people on this platform apparently think a human and an animal have equal value.
