Happy unstickin'
We've just enabled some extra bridge history for those using stuckfunds.eth.limo (@zora @modenetwork) Open your 🕑 Activity then filter by 'pending' and you should see any unclaimed bridges that we can support. Happy unsticking!

Opus 5.5 took an ancient Flash & Papervision 3D project from 2009 and converted it to a modern three.js & Vite site. It was originally built for a touch screen and website for the Australian War Memorial wall in London. awm-reborn.vercel.app Initial prompt worked for ~45 mins. A few extra design tweaking prompts later and it's much better than the original. Flash conversion, Color grading, post processing, interaction, mapping, video conversion from .flv (ancient!) to .mp4 all pretty much one-shotted. It even constructed the projection of the wall at the bottom of the screen from an array of tiled images, and trimmed unnecessary parts. Funny to think I sweated over the original project for over year. Although back there Papervision 3D was pretty cutting edge and novel!

It's only worth flying 10 hours to places where you can still smoke a ciggie inside.
modern travel is increasingly flying 10 hours to experience a slightly different version of the same globally optimized lifestyle. same third wave coffee. same natural wine bar. same brutalist menu. same sourdough. same beige hotel. same tasteful ceramics. same instagram lighting. what a ridiculous convergence.

So in BUZZ, when you're in a thread with just the agent, you have to @ them every time? Or am I doing it wrong?

When brand guidelines mandate a bit of a crappily constructed font for UI, you can just get Claude to adjust the metrics via fonttools. Did the job!

a bit of @rive_app animation feels nostalgic as an old geezer that started with Flash… when it was Macromedia 👴

Native bridges looking good here 👀↔
Big day for the Superchain. 🔴✨ We’re integrating ZK more deeply into the OP Stack, and are excited to announce that @SuccinctLabs is our first preferred proving partner in this area. Validity proofs are going — and withdrawals are about to get faster. Here's what that means. ⸻ THE 7-DAY PROBLEM Optimistic rollups have a 7-day challenge window. Anyone can challenge a bad state transition during that period. For most users, this is abstracted away with app-layer bridges. For institutions? Different story. Custody providers can't lock capital for a week every time they move funds off L2. Market makers need capital efficiency across positions. Treasury teams need faster withdrawal finality that matches traditional infrastructure expectations. The 7-day window was always a tradeoff. Now we're addressing it. ⸻ ZK CHANGES THE MATH With validity proofs, we don't wait for challenges. We prove the state transition cryptographically. When the proof verifies on L1, the withdrawal is final. The goal: instant, real-time withdrawals. ⸻ WHY SUCCINCT Their proving system works — fast proving, low costs, compatible with our existing architecture. @SuccinctLabs secures billions in TVL across the ecosystem. OP Succinct, their proving engine for the OP Stack, is a drop-in upgrade. Deploy one smart contract, spin up a lightweight proposer service. Everything else — sequencer, batcher, op-node — stays the same. We built the OP Stack to be modular for exactly this reason. ⸻ THIS ISN'T ABOUT CHEAP TRANSACTIONS L2s were never just "cheaper Ethereum." That framing missed it. The best Superchain deployments aren't discount L1s. They're doing things L1 structurally can't: * Sub-200ms blocks for real-time apps * Embedded distribution (Base: 110M Coinbase users) * Custom sequencing for specific use cases * Native identity infrastructure (World Chain) * Exchange-integrated DeFi (Ink) These bring real users, real distribution, real use cases that didn't exist before. ZK validity proofs unlock real economic efficiency for users & institutions. ⸻ WHAT THIS UNLOCKS * Custody providers can move client assets without locking capital for a week * Market makers gain capital efficiency across L2 positions * Treasury operations get faster withdrawal finality, matching expectations from traditional infrastructure ⸻ MULTI-PROOF FUTURE This is step one. The vision: OP Stack chains choose the prover networks that fits their needs. Different security tradeoffs, different cost profiles. Modular infrastructure, sovereign choices. After ZK goes live on OP Mainnet, every OP Stack chain can upgrade seamlessly. We’re bringing fast withdrawals with strong cryptographic security to the Superchain! ⸻ The OP Stack was designed for this moment! ZK for your Blockchain. Your Revenue. Enterprise Guarantees. Thanks to @SuccinctLabs and @pumatheuma for building what we needed. Full announcement: optimism.io/blog/optimism-pa…

Here's how easy it is to bridge a bit of $TRENCHER back and forth with the @base ↔️ @solana native bridge. (Wait times sped up for the vid 📺)

Base ↔️ Solana given the Superbridge treatment🤌
New! @base ↔️ @solana bridge now live on Superbridge, giving you direct access the best of both ecosystems. We’re starting out with a few select tokens with more to come soon…

Replying to @vibhu
Solana/Base politics and competitiveness aside, I think a lot of the discourse has stemmed from wrong interpretation of the data, and missing the forest for the trees. As of right now, there have been 23 bridges/messages from Base to Solana, and 262 from Solana to Base. These numbers are easily verifiable as each Bridge contract/program stores an outbound nonce that gets incremented with each message sent. That's not great, but as mentioned that's because there's no frontends for using this yet. We have one coming this week via @superbridge! We also got caught out by the timing of this release but we're working around the clock to get the integration out. We also have a write up planned explaining this bridge in some more detail, it quite closely resembles a mix of the existing native bridge between Ethereum and Base + something like Wormhole/CCIP/CCTP, there are parallels with each which we'll highlight if people are interested. The actual token bridging functionality is great, and as more user friendly frontends roll out we'll surely see more bridge activity, but it's ultimately a low level primitive and becomes more useful as things are built around it. One great use case already highlighted, the bridge allows @RelayProtocol and other solvers or intent systems to rebalance certain assets more efficiently between Base and Solana. So users don't even interact with it, but it gets used behind the scenes. Given time, we'll see more systems built around the bridge that take advantage of the cross-chain messaging system and its implicit security guarantees (ie I assume the same infra that runs Base runs this bridge).
