Recently picked up this little turn key rental using a DCSR Loan. It's a mid-century in fill home in a very walkable & popular St Louis historic neighborhood.
It was underpriced & I knew it would rent quickly going into the new university academic year....
These asset based loans are a useful tool & much more simple or streamlined than conventional loans but still have these kind of strings attached that are unlikely to be an issue, but not impossible to become an issue.
