Last week, I went for a full checkup and blood work. Thanks to an upcoming guest, @realArtEdwards, I made sure they included liver tests.
After 25 years of alcoholism, I honestly couldn’t help but hold my breath waiting for the results. Somehow, by what feels like a miracle, everything came back in the green. I know how easy it is to put these things off. To tell yourself you’ll do it next week, next month, or someday. I’ve been that stubborn guy, too.
But please, if you’re anything like me, DON’T WAIT. GO GET CHECKED. Thank you ART!
