The pure beauty of Game 4️⃣ is that Brandon Woodruff “could” start the game (the same field where his career started)⚾️🔵🟡⚾️‼️
“They got a bunch of Hall of Famers….but we got a bunch of GAMERS— Mgr. Pat Murphy, after Brewers swept the Dodgers, 4-0, to be 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣ NL Champions

A great way to “introduce” the shot clock into WI HS basketball would be to have summer tournaments & summer leagues use the shot clock in their events.🤔
A great facility to host that game! Thank you to Nick Senger, AD at Ashwaubenon HS, for putting in to host WIAA tournament events. It’s a plus for the school as well as for those two school communities!
It would be great to have an NFHS calendar of special days printed or shared with high schools and state Athletics associations so schools and high school conferences throughout the country can prepare their student athletes and coaches for the special days.
Sportsmanship isn’t just a game-day decision. It’s a standard.
On National Sportsmanship Day, we’re reminded that athletics are built on respect:
✔ Respect for opponents
✔ Respect for officials
✔ Respect for teammates
✔ Respect for the game
Winning matters. But character matters more.
We remain committed to protecting the purpose of high school sports — where competition and character grow together.

Sincere question: Does AAU basketball get crowds and community support like this?
Nothing beats High School Basketball in a community
Doesn’t matter that there aren’t 5 stars or players ripping the rims off out there
People show up and care at a high level and it’s beautiful 😍

It’s winter — love it!
Go Pointers!
Kirk Herbstreit can’t stop gushing about Indiana’s offensive line after the Hoosiers kicked Alabama’s arse. The O-line coach? That would be Bob Bostad, Pardeeville native and FORMER #Wisconsin O-line coach. Key word there is FORMER.
