haven’t checked in here in a hot minute mostly because my life is in absolute fucking shambles with no end in sight……… but I hope everyone else is doing well
I love @AskLyft applying my promos to rides I have to cancel because the driver doesn’t move for 10 mins and makes me late for work, really motivates me to use their app more often
The JWs in my community have started taking developmentally disabled people with them door knocking to read scripture or whatever and it’s so rough. I’m obviously going to stand there and listen when they’re excited to read to me but the manipulation is unreal???

it literally never occurred to me that Joe Rogan could be older than my parents. Like I do my best to have no clue about unfunny losers but I truly could never have guessed. not because he doesn’t look his age but because I’ve never really looked at or considered him at all

heat is not hotter in the UK, but the buildings are not designed for it. so much of the infrastructure is brick, stone, old wood and materials designed to retain heat in cool and rainy weather. there is no reprieve. majority of people have half size fridges due to kitchen size.
I don’t watch reality TV but during lockdown I did watch Too Hot To Handle S1 and there were huge cool lizards in every B roll shot??and nobody was just out looking at lizards?? I would have won all the money bc nobody could accidentally get busy with me, I’d be with the lizards
