this is really really alarming god knows what underlying pathology is going on inside imran khan right now
Statement from Rubina Khan, sister of @ImranKhanPTI , 3 Nov 2026:
– On 2 Nov his lawyer was allowed a brief meeting at Adiala Jail, the first in 7 months.
– Khan reports his blood pressure spiked to 192. He never had high BP, and it was normal a year ago. The family's medical advisors say developing it suddenly at 70+ is virtually unheard of.
– He says the problems began only after more than a year of total isolation, and accuses those holding him of trying to kill him by withholding proper treatment.
– The family demands his immediate admission to an independent hospital in Islamabad, with his personal doctor present.
– A Supreme Court order from August 2026 for treatment at Shifa International Hospital has still not been implemented.
– He survived multiple attempts on his life before jail, including being shot several times in the leg, one bullet narrowly missing his femoral artery.
– If anything happens to him now, the family says, it will be cold-blooded murder.
The UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention has declared his detention arbitrary. @UNHumanRights @UN_SPExperts @amnesty @amnestysasia

This high blood pressure is not normal, it is the direct result of this isolation.
If he is not freed soon he will die in this cell.
And Munir will be the killer.

Trump: i dont call him abdul
Abdul: Donald i know you struggle with my name, but now you can call me senator
mic drop.
the praise abu bakar’s character is getting because for once a man on ptv is not beating and disrespecting his wife and the idea seems too pretty and pious to be true that oh men can be soft spoken as well to their women? yes they can be. that’s the real masculinity.

Kasim Khan and Sulaiman Khan would have been abducted too if they were in Pakistan.
I’m glad Jemima took their custody after the divorce.
The entire family is suffering right now for being people of conscience.

No government or international institution should fund Pakistan’s regime while it defies Supreme Court orders, subjects its democratically elected leader to isolation and torture, and opens fire on peaceful protesters.
Human rights must be non-negotiable.
(On a side note, funding these crooks will do nothing for the Pakistani people anyway. We all know it'll get split up and pocketed by the govt and the army)
🇵🇰 Pakistan's second periodic review at the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) 80th session will take place today and tomorrow.
Amnesty International has highlighted that Pakistan has not taken substantive steps to incorporate economic, social and cultural rights into its domestic legislation as binding rights, and has raised serious concerns regarding the authorities' ability to ensure compliance with the principle of non-discrimination (article 2(2)), right to just and favourable conditions of work (article 7), right to form and join trade unions (article 8), and the right to health (article 12).
The session will be livestreamed here: webtv.un.org/en/asset/k17/k1…
