It was settled. Kashmir is held by Pakistan and China too. Partition logic was homeland for India's Ms. 25% of Indian land was given for 20% Muslims. Nothing else was owed. Kashmir is compensation for giving more land than your population in undivided India.

america is not an ethnostate. maybe at one point it was. and in some ways it is still is (whites and blacks are often recognized as 'american' in a way that latinos and asians are not by foreigners), but the social norms have shifted

POC are not monolithic and they don’t like each other share centuries of blood feud with each other. Once white peoples not charge, will be fighting with each like in other homeland . Because no one POC group will accept other POC group rule. Example Pakistan India/ Hindu Muslim

"Go back to your country." Many of the Muslims you say that to were born here. They went to school here, pay taxes here, and treat your family in the hospitals here. You can't send someone "back" to a place they've never lived. This is their country too. Being Muslim doesn't make anyone a foreigner.
