Not conditional.
Not another application.
FINAL.
Days after the OCC finalized new stablecoin capital rules.
And right before Ripple Swell.
Coincidence? Maybe.
Let’s follow the plumbing.
1. WHAT DID RIPPLE ACTUALLY GET?
A commercial bank takes deposits, makes loans, and creates credit.
A national trust bank does something different.
It safeguards assets, administers property, manages collateral, and acts as a fiduciary under federal OCC supervision.
Ripple didn’t receive a license to become JPMorgan.
It received approval for federally supervised trust infrastructure.
2. THREE AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES.
• Managing segregated RLUSD reserves.
• Acting as collateral trustee for RLUSD holders.
• Providing fiduciary digital asset custody.
Read that second one again.
COLLATERAL TRUSTEE.
That’s a legal responsibility, not a marketing slogan.
Institutions need to know who controls collateral, who benefits, and what happens when something fails.
3. THE THREE-LAYER STRUCTURE.
Standard Custody & Trust Company remains RLUSD’s NYDFS-regulated issuer.
Ripple National Trust Bank adds federal OCC supervision over reserve administration and fiduciary activities.
BNY remains the primary reserve custodian.
Issuance. Custody. Fiduciary oversight.
Separate responsibilities. Different regulatory relationships.
4. NOW LOOK AT OCTOBER 23.
Three days earlier, the OCC finalized stablecoin capital regulations.
The framework allows qualifying uninsured national trust banks to elect an alternative capital treatment, subject to approval.
That doesn’t mean Ripple automatically qualifies.
But the regulatory architecture is taking shape.
Capital requirements.
Federal supervision.
Reserve management.
Institutional custody.
The charter isn’t the finish line.
It’s the legal foundation for what comes next.
PART 2: How this connects to Treasuries, Ripple Prime, collateral markets, and potentially XRP.

I rejected one home in August when we discovered it needed $80,000 worth of repairs
Current home I’m in the process of buying also needs repairs - Seller barely budged.
It has other desirable features so we’re moving forward.
But I’ve been wondering if a BUSINESS could be created by CERTIFYING homes in advance:
Seller pays to have home “certified” to show that the roof, A/C, plumbing, HVAC, mold, radon, foundation, etc., etc. are new, in acceptable condition or to specify exactly what is needed to repair it with contractor quotes attached.
Similar to an Inspection Report, but in lay terms combined with detailed findings. The Seller would, in theory, repair or replace major items that a Buyer may have concerns about; or state issues and give quotes for repairs.
Seems like this would be for homes $400K or higher, with a fee starting at $5,000.
Home gets listed on a website and the fact it’s certified is mentioned in all listings.
The goal? Help buyers determine BEFORE an offer and BEFORE an inspection if the home is, in fact, worth purchasing. With the idea that a Seller is improving odds of a sale or faster sale by giving potential Buyers an independent report on condition of home.

I am currently running a large mineral balancing for autism program with about 30 children with my colleague @thelukepryor.
We are a few months into this new program and the observations being made with this number of children are fascinating.
I am planning an article looking at the trends we see with HTMA mineral patterns and these autistic children.
I see many consistent trends.
An interesting observation that’s being made is that there are several parents in this cohort with kids 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗, yet still diagnosed with autism.
And you wonder about these cases because the common dogma in the alt health space is that “vaccines cause autism.”
And while there is a large nugget of truth to this affirmation it’s not precisely true.

And vaccines are but one significant exposure vector for aluminum especially, but the other metals like mercury as well.
So then this begs the question, what other major exposure vectors for an infant child could be present, such that enough aluminum gets into the body, traverses the blood brain barrier, and is sufficient enough to cause full blown autism?
𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗯𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗺.
It’s the only explanation that makes sense.
Today I spoke with a mom, in this autism cohort who’s 1 year old infant had aluminum toxicity that I see in 30 years olds that would be considered “bad.”
We see on her test here, that her aluminum is off the calibrated chart at 5.3 milligrams percent.
While the HTMA test is not perfect at exactly predicting body burden of aluminum and other metals (especially in the brain), when they are overtly elevated like this or very low, there’s a very high probability that the body burden is also commensurately high.
When we consider that a 1-year-old is uniquely vulnerable to toxic exposures because of an immature blood brain barrier, the toxicity observed is amplified significantly.

I am resigning from the White House with tremendous respect for President Trump and Bobby Kennedy.
They laid out a vision of combatting the entrenched, dark forces in DC that profit from Americans getting sick.
More policy and cultural change has happened around these goals in the past 2 years than any time in history - and I know this movement is just getting started.
It was an honor to advocate for MAHA moms in the administration and steer policies like Dietary Guidelines reform, psychedelic reform, removing soda from SNAP, removing food dyes, GRAS reform, and overhauling government food procurement.
DEATH BY VACCINE…
Today, my son Mason should be turning sixteen.
There should be the sound of him somewhere in the house… the ordinary noises of a teenage boy, the kind of life that would have filled the rooms he never got to inhabit.
My husband left for work while it was still dark, and the quiet that remains sits across from me like an uninvited guest.
It fills the spaces where his presence once was, even at four months old.
I know now exactly what I didn’t know then.
I can name the silence I mistook for ordinary and the choice I would have made differently if I had understood it mattered.
Mason died four days after his routine four-month vaccines.
The autopsy was normal.
They found no cause.
His death is what taught me.
It forced this knowledge into me, complete and unusable for him, and left me carrying it into every conversation that followed.
Everything I teach and every cause I advocate for exists only because he is not here.
Losing him is the sole reason my voice entered the fight for medical freedom, parental choice, free speech, and putting people over profits.
It is why I speak about the right to decide what enters a child’s body, about food free of toxins, about the everyday products we use that should not be quietly harming us, and about the ways platforms silence voices when their pharmaceutical sponsors decide certain truths cost too much.
This enormous loss is what keeps me in this work.
I educate so others might learn before they vaccinate, before a morning like this one becomes permanent for them.
I talk with legislators because individual awareness is not enough; the systems that failed my son need to change so that fewer families are left sitting in a quiet kitchen on a birthday that never arrives.
He should be sixteen today.
Not the reason my voice carries farther than his ever will.
Not the name that opens doors and fills rooms and gives weight to the words I say about keeping children alive and healthy.
I share what I’ve learned so that others can take the time to research, ask the harder questions, and trust their instincts before vaccinating—the step I wish I’d taken (or even known to take) when it still mattered.
