when I’m shopping with my mom she always talks me out of buying certain clothes… the more I like something because it makes me look skinny the more violently distraught is her reaction, same with this dress and I don’t even look that skinny here

i hate it when people try to act like self-starvation/anorexia is a form of “self-control” when it should be obvious that self control doesn’t exist when you have an eating disorder. someone with an-r is just as out of control as someone with bulimia or bed
