If we want policymakers to craft evidence-based policies, scientists must do more than discuss studies and forward journal articles. They must engage stakeholders in the conversation and advocate together as a community for science for the common good bit.ly/1TAqZ2x
This week, we are highlighting all of the ways that science intersects with policy, from climate change and research funding to housing, public health, and transportation. Science can inform every area of policy - if policy makers will follow the evidence.
