Summary of my recent WhatsApp Blocking and others experience
1. If you are using it on desktop, the WhatsApp algorithm is identifying ctrl+C & ctrl+V as a spamming method.
2. Once you submit the review, it gets resolved in 8 to 10 hours.
3. But if you login again on the same device, it will again block.
4. Many people have messaged me and called me regarding the same experience
5. Even if you are forwarding the message from desktop app to groups, then also it is considering it as spamming.
6. Even if you are sending messages to the group by copying and pasting from desktop, it is still considering it as spamming.
7. A new feature of reporting has also been added. I don’t know if anyone reported me or anyone who faced the similar thing.
8. Now what I will be trying will be logging on another desktop to check whether the Mac is blocked from using or WhatsApp desktop is banned on this mobile number altogether.
9. More or less Whatsapp is, I think pushing for paid versions now.

Yesterday I got a random call!
He asked, आप CA हो ना!
I said yes!
He told that I have some Tax Audit files. Will you certify it?
So I asked will I get books of accounts and proper Audit Documents?
He said no!
I also said no! How can I sign off Audits I have never seen? Books that I have never touched?
But then I realised some young CA might fall for it?
You are signing your membership, your name, your liability on someone else’s mess?
When it unravels, the client vanishes but your signature remains!
To every young CA: CA Certification is not a service you sell over a phone call. Never sign what you haven’t audited!

Tax तो बचाना चाहिए!
He was quite upset when I told him that No Deduction is allowed in New Tax Regime on account of Health insurance (Which as per me is not justified as in today’s time, having Health Insurance is a basic need)
He then told me that he will not invest in health insurance next year!
What hit me was that I realised that, people in our country buy medical insurance to save tax and not to secure their health and this thinking is so wrong!
Cheapest Policy, lowest cover, just enough to claim Tax Deduction! Never thought what will happen when the real medical emergency hits?
Insurance is for protection, tax benefit is second. Sadly, most of us have it backwards!

Tax Audit: the basics you keep getting wrong!
- Turnover under Rs. 10Cr doesn’t mean you are automatically exempt from Tax Audit; The Higher Limit needs cash Transactions upto 5% (both receipts & payments); otherwise it’s Rs. 1 Cr
- Opted into 44AD and now declaring profits below presumptive limit? Audit applies if total income crosses exemption limit (mind 5 years lock-in)
- Professionals declaring below 50% u/s 44ADA? Audit applies if total income crosses exemption limit
- Audit report has it’s own deadline, separate from ITR
- Penalty for missing Tax Audit: 0.5% of Turnover, capped at Rs. 1,50,000 (no penalty if reasonable cause u/s 273B)
- Check your T/O and cash Ration early!
- Audit cannot be done in last 1-2 Days!
- Act Now!

A CA's note on the Shiprocket IPO, from the small-business side.
Two things worth flagging. One, this is a platform built on India's small sellers, roughly 2.15 lakh active merchants shipping through it, against a base of 56 to 61 million MSMEs. That gap is the runway for growth.
Two, its take rate is just about 6%. RedSeer notes that has the potential to go up to 20%, so we’re talking a long-term game.
While company is still in loss, as a percentage of revenue this has shrunk heavily, from 45% to under 4% now.

One on client who was in US from last 5 years has now come back to India! He came back under pressure of parents!
He was discussing that taxes in US were also very high, but government facilities were also equally good!
Taxes are high in India as well, but can’t say the same for government facilities!

I think people are missing the larger picture here on Zetwerk.
If you look at the numbers, they’re promising. CRISIL's latest note says
• FY26 operating revenue at an estimated ₹15,900 crore (24% rebound from the previous year)
• Order book is sitting above ₹12,000 crore, giving clear visibility for the next 12–18 months
• Over 1,000 customers & 5,000+ suppliers
Pre-IPO exits are common. Overemphasis on leadership transitions doesn't paint the right picture.
We have seen similar transitions in the past at some of the IPO-bound unicorns, including Paytm, Ather. Zomato had multiple cofounder exits.
How did their stock still manage to compound hard?
I think making these changes before the IPO shows that the company is addressing organisational changes early and transparently and not surprising investors after.
What ultimately matters are the business fundamentals, not the usual clickbait noise around leadership changes that almost every scaling company faces.
Every IPO tells a compelling growth story.
What investors should also understand is what the organisation looks like from the inside.
Revenue growth, market opportunity and valuation matter. Leadership continuity and organisational stability matter just as much.
Looking at Zetwerk's run-up to the IPO, there have been a few developments worth paying attention to, including the transition of a co-founder away from an operating role, the departure of several senior executives and ongoing legal disputes involving the company.
These are factors investors should evaluate alongside the financials before forming a view.
A strong business is built not only on numbers, but also on institutional stability.
