Hey @littlecaesars , so what are we supposed to do when we place an order, including a pizza and chicken wings and dipping sauce, then show up to pick it up, and there are no chicken wings or dipping sauce? But instead there are two big bags of Crazy Bread that no one asked for, and when the mix up is reported to the Mensa member behind the counter he says, yeah we can't do chicken wings tonight, so we gave you the bread instead.
Then when I ask why I didn't get a notification about the lack of wing availabilty he said "I'm not in control of the internet."
I asked for a refund. He said he couldn't give me a refund.
He did offer to substitute something else for the wings that were clearly still printed on the order sticker.
- By the way - There was no text or email or message on the app that the order wouldn't be fulfilled.
I asked "like what?" He said, well there's the bread, or I could give you an extra pizza.
I didn't need an extra pizza.
I left. No wings. No dipping sauce. And nowhere I can find on the website or app to lodge a complaint.
Seems lacking.
How do I get my money, and tip, because that kid made a tip for takeout a nonstarter now, back?
