The root of the problem is the Regional Transport Office (RTO), a notoriously corrupt agency that profits from issuing licenses to inadequately trained drivers. Every RTO engages in bribery, accepting payments from reckless learners, which allows unprepared and dangerous drivers to enter our roads.
This grave misconduct not only compromises public safety but leads to tragic accidents and loss of life.
We must demand accountability and reforms to protect our communities from the consequences of this failure.d cause serious and grievous consequences, resulting in fatalities.
