1. Applicant 00231 scored the best in aptitude (85) and 2nd best in Competency (74).
2. On Oct 14th after the oral test, URSB told the applicants to wait for two weeks (ending tomorrow).
3. On Friday last week, URSB gave the contract to two ladies with average scores, leaving out two guys who emerged the best in written interviews.
4. The oral questions were on intellectual property rights and the two best rejected candidates are practicing lawyers who answered all.
