Lastly, I reserved this table as a festive meal a month in advance. When I arrived they gave us a normal table without a festive menu and without any Christmas niceties i.e. crackers.
I’m extremely dissapointed as my girlfriend and I, specially chose this place to have our chrsitmas dinner.
The saddest part was that we relayed the above to multiple staff members and asked to be moved - but they all said ‘let me go find out if this is possible’ and then no one would return.
We were placed under a huge chandelier which was bright - so bright in fact that we were forced to squint the whole time.
