I have waited 2 weeks to hear from someone in leadership at @IHGCorporate after a stay at a @HolidayInn where my son's team of 15-year-old boys was invited into an employee-described strip club being run in a hotel conference room. Case No.10574385233
My next step is, unfortunately, social media in the hopes of getting some attention. We have spoken to the boys on the team about the dangers of being in that sexually exploitive situation. We are concerned that the women could be in an exploitive situation as well.
I am publicly asking that someone in leadership at @IHGCorporate contact me. This is your brand. This situation is unacceptable and must be addressed.
I have contacted the agency through which we booked the hotel - they visited the hotel and agreed (in writing) with my assessment of the cleanliness and safety issues at the hotel.
Mad kudos to @FedEx in @zelieboro PA. My photo Christmas card order (yeah, it’s Oct, but this is how I roll) got unpackaged…no address or tracking no. Employee Nancy Meyers used social media skills to find me on Facebook, confirm address and tracking! Give them a nice bonus!
@FedEx if you are looking for a Christmas commercial idea-Nancy in @zelieboro just write the script for you.
