Satan's strategy:
1. Get person to sin
2. Get person to despair about it indefinitely
God's alternate gospel strategy (1 John 2:1):
1. “I am writing these things that you may not sin”
2. “But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous”
