The video of the panchkula kid made you very angry. Then why does everyday these beast ferociously tearing apart children and infants on streets doesn't boil your blood. 5000-12000 kids die of rabies by dog bites every year. Rest live with a trauma of bite of rabid dogs. That was a rarest of rare occurrence, this a daily happening. Why are we feeding out children to these street dogs?
