the court has ruled in favor of #JUHAKNYEON #주학년 and has ordered the reporter to pay him 200 million won - the court has decided that it us difficult to conclude that he has engaged in prostitution therefore saying that the facts stated in the article are FALSE - the court stated that the reporter defamed haknyeon with the false statements made in the article causing him significant psychological harm therefore setting the compensation of 200 million won
