Your Apple Watch knows more than it's telling you
I've worn an Apple Watch since launch day, the original, 2015. For years I kept wondering why it could measure all this data but never actually tell me anything useful.

Put out 1.3.4 - pending AppStore review. Seems like we had a few regression bugs from the last build. What was fixed: - More accurate Reserve notifications on lower-confidence mornings, including after manual sleep logging - Fixed dupe Morning Brief notifications, Norm insights

1.3.3 submitted to the App Store: - New Biological Pace detail view with history, drivers, and trend context - More accurate manual sleep logging - More reliable Apple Watch sync and complication refreshes - Fixed duplicate Morning Brief notifications

Supernormal 1.3.2 is on the way. Apple Watch complication refresh is more reliable, nap earned-back is working more consistently, false watch-data warnings are fixed, and duplicate morning BR notifications are gone. Plus a cleaner Biological Pace read. Should land shortly.

It is a fraction of what those dedicated wearables cost, roughly the price of one coffee a week. And if subscriptions are not your thing, there is a one time purchase for $44.99 USD, which is about the same as one month of a dedicated wearable and yours forever.
