Hold the bat with the hands. Move the hands with the arms direction to deliver the barrel. (Right) Don’t release the barrel at launch with the hands.

New training bats, Axis Bats! The thin barrel bats work w/ regular balls. Same with the AXcelrator bats that are heavy evenly distributed bats that reinforce a loading barrel as the hands are unloaded. Use both in regular bp with real baseballs and softballs.
