This is a really neat silver coin ring project I've gotten to work on, it's going to be a gift for a young nephew (4-5). Way cool uncle @synodicles wanted a nice package of silver rings that would be a store of value and be something he could have and hold that would be fun and functional.
So we came up with this graduating set of rings that he can transition thru as he gets older, that will also come with/on a braided leather necklace so if he lies one that doesn't fit yet can always wear it (or multiple) around his neck.
It will also be 5 coin rings, I just have the large size 1 oz ring to make still. So it will go from the two 90% silver quarter dollar ATB (Hawai'i Volcanoes NP near where the rings are made and Cali Yosemite NP cuz he lives in Cali), then the 1899 Barber half dollar, then the .999 fine silver 1/2 oz Incuse Indian.
Still working on the final ring, I've got one I've started, a Double Dragon 1 oz coin, but I'm thinking it might be a little too large (very wide band) for the ring size I'm shooting for now that I've got it partly formed, so I might find something that works better for the size, but it's gotta be super cool.
Anyways, like I said it's a super fun project to get to work on, so thanks again Synodicles!

MEME MAXIS does fasting day 6/21
The stats:
Weight-181.7
Avg HR-53
Overnight HRV-38
BP-140/80
Sleep-7:17
Today has had some ups and downs but all in all I feel pretty good with a slight headache. Last night before bed I felt bad enough that I actually checked to see if I was running fever since there is stuff going around.
If you are looking for a very in depth article on prolonged fasting I found this one that is FULL of information and may take an hour to read it all. Highly recommend

Outside of that I’m looking forward to the weekend so I won’t be at the office staring at a computer screen all day.
Happy Friday y’all!

Perspe¢tive
I’m almost to breaking over more followers than following.
The road to recovery after account loss is long.
Perspe¢tive an explanation:
Some of you that follow me closely know that the use of a penny or ¢ in my art indicates the recognition that life is brief. And this recognition should cause us to gain greater Perspe¢tive about how to live and interact. Hopefully it will create intentionality and kindness. Maybe it will spur focus and push towards great achievements.
This piece uses a minimalistic approach with pretty but slightly subdued colors - on the edge of cool - to connect with the abyss of our feelings as we get tossed around by the winds of our life.
The balloon is specifically a similar skull or dead-face that I use in other of my memento mori work with only the eyes glitched to try and draw you in.
The background and the balloon are all touched with a slight bit of noise to add texture and also indicate that it can be hard to gain clarity if we aren’t properly anchored.
Then we have the anchor, the ¢, tied to the bottom of the 🎈 just like you would do with a child’s helium balloon so it doesn’t fly away. Sometimes they hover above the ground and sometimes the anchor tethers it solidly to the surface. If you zoom in you will see that the ¢ anchoring this balloon is the only part of the piece that is clear, no noise in the color. This is intentional.
As we see the brevity of life for what it is we are able to put all of the other things into the proper place in our lives.
Things that seem like major problems, in the correct Perspe¢tive, become small irritants. This brings margin and peace into our life that gives us room to look outside of ourselves and serve humanity in its needs.
If you made it this far I’d appreciate your comments and anything you can do to get this piece a wider audience.

🔥 Tucker Carlson on Robert F. Kennedy Jr's Independent Run for President
"I know Bobby very well and I am totally convinced, just on a human level, that he is an honest person...He's certainly not in anyone's pocket...Bobby Kennedy could have an infinitely easier life than the one he's chosen. He's doing this because he sincerely believes it...He is giving a massive middle finger to the establishment, almost as aggressively as I've ever seen anybody."

I Read RFK Jr.'s Entire Announcement Speech: Here Are His 5 Best Quotes, In My Opinion
#5 - "Instead of two parties, we have a uniparty, a monster with two faces loudly bickering with itself as it lumbers over a cliff. At the bottom of that cliff lies the destruction of our country."
#4 - "People suspect that the divisions are deliberately orchestrated, and that getting us to hate each other is part of the scam. And they’re fed up with being fooled, and they are ready to take back their power.
#3 - "Americans are angry at being left out, left behind, swindled, cheated, and belittled by a smug elite that has rigged the system in its favor."
#2 - "MY sacrifice is nothing compared to the risk our founding fathers took when they signed the Declaration of Independence 247 years ago right over there. THEY knew that if their revolution failed, every last one of them would be hanged. They chose to place everything on the line. When John Adams put his pen down after adding his signature to the Declaration, he turned to those present and said, 'Sink or swim, live or die, survive or perish, from this day on, I’m with my country.' I make that same pledge today, so that I may stand before you as every leader should — free of partisan allegiance and backroom deals — a servant only to my conscience, to my creator, and to you."
#1 - "I am here to declare myself as an independent candidate for President of the United States. And that’s not all. I am here to join all of you to make a new Declaration of Independence for our entire nation. We declare independence from the corporations that have hijacked our government. We declare independence from Wall Street, Big Tech, Big Pharma, Big Ag, the military contractors, and their lobbyists. We declare independence from the mercenary media that fortifies corporate orthodoxies, and urges us to hate our neighbors and fear our friends. We declare independence from the cynical elites who betray our hope and amplify our divisions. And finally, we declare independence from the two political parties and the corrupt interests that dominate them, and the entire rigged system of rancor and rage, corruption and lies, that has turned government officials into indentured servants of their corporate bosses. We declare our independence from these corrupting powers because they are incompatible with the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness that our original Declaration of Independence invoked in 1776."
