While I agree the shop should be removed completely in Forever, cosmetics is definitely not p2w, not unless it's camouflage or something. Looking better does not really give you a competitive edge.

P2w is anything that would give someone an edge over f2p players by spending real money, such as unlimited gold or lvl boosts. Acceptable in free games where they need to make money somewhere, but when already paying a monthly sub it is kinda crappy imo.
